Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carrier delays, customs, or high order volumes may cause your order to arrive later. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at info@rodglow.com with your order number (and photos if damaged), and we’ll make it right.
