How to request a refund
- Email us at info@rodglow.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Condition of returns
Items should be returned with all parts included: the rod, reel, controller, and charging cable.
Bundles and sale items
Bundles and items purchased on sale are not eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you, including bundles and sale items.
